Sven Hoge is the manager of the restuarant at the golf course that has been voted one of the top ten club-restaurants in Germany. Open to club members and guests it is the centre of the lively and sociable life of the club.
In addition to the regular menu, which contains carefully chosen, delicious tidbits and main meals, Sven Hoge, together with his team, supplies members and guests with an ever-changing daily menu.
According to the season the hungry golfer will always find either his favourite stew, veal sausage or irresistable salads and excellent meat and fish dishes.
In addition to good local wines the wine list covers a select range of wines from Italy, France, California, South Africa, Australia and Chile. The Sardinian "Aragosta Fermentino", for example, has almost become the house wine.
